There is something so inspiring about artists who just draw how they draw and don't give a crap about making things look real or even fully finished. I truly believe that interesting art is composed of about 75% concept and 25% technique, so as long as you have cool ideas, I am completely on board. Luke Best is an artist that follows these introspective ideas and executes them beautifully with his unique, unpretentious style of illustration. He describes his artistic principles in the following quote:
"Cut out bits of paper, fragmneted drawings and other elements are used to create work that celebrates the unseen and find magic in the everyday. By avoiding a specific way of working, Luke's output takes on a diverse range of formats including video, animation, self-published books, designing t-shirts and making homemade spacesuits."
He is awesome. Although he has a plethora of wonderful projects and commissions, my favorite thing he's done is a four page story published by Pocket Sized about space:

I love it. If you want to support Luke, he has a shop run through Peepshow Collective, and if buying a t-shirt will aid in his continuation of magical wonder, I think you totally should.
